Contact form submissions. When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, company name, website URL, media budget range, service of interest, and message. This data is transmitted via your email client (mailto link) and is not stored on our servers.
Client engagement data. If you become a client, we collect business information necessary to deliver our services: business registration details, beneficial ownership, bank account details, ad account access credentials, invoice data, and payment information.
Website analytics. This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. We do not collect browsing behavior data. The only external resources loaded are Google Fonts.
3. How we use your information
We use collected information to: respond to inquiries, evaluate potential engagements, deliver contracted services (ad account management, invoice settlement, facilitation), process InvoiceCashback payments, generate performance reports, and comply with legal obligations including KYC/KYB requirements.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may share data with: payment processors and financial institutions necessary for InvoiceCashback settlements, advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok) as required to manage ad accounts, and legal authorities if required by law. All third-party providers are bound by contractual data protection obligations.
5. Data retention
Contact form inquiries: retained for the duration of the business relationship or until you request deletion. Client data: retained for the engagement plus 5 years for financial record-keeping. InvoiceCashback transaction records: retained for 7 years per US financial reporting obligations.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Client financial data and InvoiceCashback records are stored in segregated, access-controlled systems.
