ClickGainReach was born from a pattern we kept seeing: e-commerce brands generating revenue and still running out of cash. The tools existed. The agencies existed. But nobody was connecting the dots across the full stack. So we decided to be that connector.
Year one. One founder. One laptop. Zero pretense.
The problem nobody was solving.
Every e-commerce brand we talked to had the same complaint: they were growing and still felt broke. Revenue was up, margins were unclear, and the stack of tools, agencies, and freelancers was growing faster than the team could manage.
The media buyer blamed the creative. The creative team blamed the product. The founder blamed everyone and worked 14 hour days trying to hold it together. Nobody was looking at the business as a single machine.
We started ClickGainReach with a simple thesis: if you fix cash flow, creative, acquisition, suppliers, tooling, and reporting at the same time, the business stops leaking. Not one problem at a time. All six, in parallel, with one operator who sees the full picture.
First invoices
Started settling invoices for three brands. Manual process, Google Sheets, and a lot of phone calls.

Built the cashback system. First 200 invoices settled. Return rate under 3% from day one.
ClickGainReach
Officially launched as an agency. Meta Ads on agency BMs with 24h replacement. First $1M in managed media budget.
Full stack
Added TikTok Ads, creative production, and the Facilitator service. Crossed $5M in managed budget. Team of 4.
$10M+ managed budget
2,400+ invoices settled with a 2.0% return rate. Agency BMs across four tiers. Creative pipeline producing 60+ assets per month across all clients. The model works.
What is next
Deeper Facilitator engagements. More operator roles embedded inside client teams. Same thesis: fix six zones at once, measure contribution margin, and get paid on results.
Three things we will not compromise on.
Cash first
Revenue is vanity, profit is sanity, cash is reality. Every decision we make starts with the question: does this improve the cash position of the business within 30 days? If the answer is no, we move on.
Visible execution
Every Friday, you get a one-page report. Every quarter, you get a full review. You will never wonder what we are working on or whether we are earning our fee. The numbers are always visible.
Zero pretense
We do not use jargon to sound smart. We do not promise what we cannot deliver. If we cannot help you, we will say so on the first call. If something is not working, you will hear it from us before you see it in the numbers.
